AN OUT AND OUT LIAR ATTORNEY!!!!
Anton Jordaan, is a lawyer NEVER TO BE TRUSTED. HE LIED IN A COURT OF LAW stating my ex husband MELVILLE BARTLETT HAD NO ASSETS WHEN I WAS DIVORCING HIM, MEANWHILE BARTLETT HAD 37 Liberty, 25 Sanlam,28 Nedbank accounts, SA Eagle 4, AA Auto Finance x 2, Momentum 47, 5 Fedpens, 3 Fedsure, Investec 2, Metlife 1, SA Eagle 6, Capitec 2,Metlife 2, Diners Club 3, FNB 32, STD. 15, BOE 1, Wesbank 2, First Rand 1, Master Card 6, Stancom 2, NBS (nedbank where his tart worked) 2, AND 11 PROPERTIES ALL OF THESE WERE PAID FOR BY OUR FAMILY COMPANY OF WHICH BARTLETT WAS ONLY A 40% OWNER, ALL INTO HIS PRIVATE NAME, AND HAD BEEN SEEING THE TART HE MARRIED SINCE 2010 WHILST WE WERE MARRIED. BARTLETT HAD ALSO BEEN FIRED FROM THE FOLLOWING COMPANIES FOR STEALING COMPANY FUNDS, NAMPAK, CIVPAK UK, CPAK CAPE TOWN, AND WESTERN CAPE HIGH COURT HAD DEMANDED BARTLETT BE FIRED DUE TO HIM STEALING MEMBERS FUNDS WHEN HE WAS ON THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, PLUS THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES WERE ALSO BEING ENTERTAINED BY LITTLE GIRLS ON THEIR AWAY OVER NIGHT MEETINGS !!! BARTLETT ALSO HAD 11 PROPERTIES DURING THE DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS ALONG WITH HIS TART ADRIENNE BROOK AT THAT TIME, and you knew this JORDAAN AND YOU STATED IN THE GEORGE HIGH COURT, THAT HE HAD NO ASSETS YOU ARE AN OUT AND OUT LIAR AND I WILL BE SEEING YOU IN COURT SOON. YOU STATED HE WAS ""PENNILESS"" IN A HIGH COURT OF LAW, I WOULD NEVER TRUST YOU IF YOU PAID ME, JORDAAN IS AN OUT AND OUT LIAR!

Jordaan Van Wyk Sedgefield
We bought our house and Jordaan Van Wyk Attorneys did the transfer what a refreshing experience, they know what to do and we had peace of mind. We also did our Last Will with them, we can only sy thank you, Jordaan Van Wyk and Team, very professional service. I am at peace if something happens that you will be there for us. Awesome service.

We bought our house and Jordaan Van Wyk Attorneys did the transfer what a refreshing experience, they know what to do and we had peace of mind. We also did our Last Will with them, we can only sy thank you, Jordaan Van Wyk and Team, very professional service. I am at peace if something happens that you will be there for us. Awesome service.

Poor administration
Poor service: Jordaan and Van Wyk Attorneys, Sedgefield, Western Cape Poor office administration: End of August 2020 the Estate agent of Remax phoned me to find out if I would like to sell my property to one of their clients that already sold his property. They promised me that all the paperwork was in order and that they were just waiting for my OTP to be signed. They asked if I would use their attorney. Fortunately, I insisted on using an attorney of my choice. In the beginning of November, I contacted my attorney to enquire about the delay and was informed that the corresponded attorney for Jordaan and Van Wyk picked up that the attached deed was a copy and not an original and it was sent back to Jordaan and Van Wyk Attorneys. In December there was another delay due to poor administration. On 3 December2020, the transfer was rejected due to an error on the adverti*****t of the simultaneous transaction (VA Deed). The attorneys, Jordaan and Van Wyk had to re-advertise, resulting in a further two months’ delay. The poor administration of Jordaan and Van Wyk Attorneys has a negative impact on the sellers and buyers, financially and emotionally. I am not satisfied with Jordaan and Van Wyk Attorneys’ service and will not recommend them, due to their lack of completed staff work.
