Bad workmanship, cheap quality and even worse after sales service.

If you want to replace you couches every 3 years Joubert Furniture is the place to buy from. After 2 years there are tears in the stitching of the material, the seating is falling in due to inside elastic material tearing and memory foam does not return to original form. When contacted Joubert Furniture said that the 5 year warrantee is only on the wooden structure/frame..... LOL what a Joke They even had the audacity to sent me a quote of R5000 for repairs. Note that is almost what I paid for the couches 3 years ago.

I will definitely not recommend any body to buy from Joubert Furniture. rather spend that extra few rand and buy quality furniture.
