Unsolicited SMS/Phone calls

Repeated unsolicited calls, SMSs etc without legal authorisation to use personal information for marketing purposes. <br> <br> The DMA is just a complete joke - cannot wait for someone to sue a company a like this providing/using personal details in contravention of POPIA.<br> <br> ps: Journey Vehicle and Asset Finance used to be licensed with the FSB back in 2006... that licence lapsed in 2008 - so they are very likely even providing lending/financing services in contravention of several other legal statutes.
