Thieves - deductibg without permission

Invasion of my bank account: Try Jouvence

I bought face cream from Try Jouvence which were paid for. At the end of this month they deducted R2,615 from my account citing that they are re-filling my order but I never requested them to re-fill my order. This is abuse of my information I shared when purchasing. Now they are refusing to refund my money.
