We used JP in Nov'2015 to repair our fridge. First he did a quote and had to paid R900 for a deposit.<br> It took days for him to get the parts and fix the fridge and we paid him another R550. He gave us a warranty for 3 months in Dec'2015.In Jan'2016 the same problem came back, and we phoned him,sms and whatsapp him,and everyday he had an excused, for not coming. After weeks of phoning and asking our money back, he came out in Fe'2016. two days later we had a other problem and we phoned him again, we are still waiting 2 weeks later. We are one of his first customers and will never use him again.
