We used JP in Nov'2015 to repair our fridge. First he did a quote and had to paid R900 for a deposit.<br> It took days for him to get the parts and fix the fridge and we paid him another R550. He gave us a warranty for 3 months in Dec'2015.In Jan'2016 the same problem came back, and we phoned him,sms and whatsapp him,and everyday he had an excused, for not coming. After weeks of phoning and asking our money back, he came out in Fe'2016. two days later we had a other problem and we phoned him again, we are still waiting 2 weeks later. We are one of his first customers and will never use him again.

On the 28/10/2015 I received another prescription for my child for the same <br> Chronical medication, and the Clicks Pinehurst put it on the chronical benefits.Then I realised something is wrong, because the previous payment Discovery didn't pay, but know they did.<br> When I got home I saw that the pharmacist have put the 21/10/2015 claim on the incorrect child's name, with no Prescription for this child. <br> I phoned Discovery, they told me to wait 30days, then I must go back to Click and ask them to reverse the incorrect claim and put it on the correct child,<br> And they will pay my money back.On the 23/11/2015, I went back to Click Stellenbosch. They reverse the incorrect child's claim and put it on the correct child, but the date on the claim is 05/11/2015.<br> And that doesn't make it 30days to claim back my money. Discovery doesn't want to pay me, because of the date and Clicks just tells me sorry we can't reverse the claim<br> Or change the dates. I'm battling with this for almost

This is my e-mail to cell c:<br> <br> Please note that I cancelled my contract that have expired 15 Oct on the 20 Aug 2015, see my case number.<br> <br> No one of cell c ever phoned me or e-mailed me to say I'm only allowed to cancel it in 30days before contract expires.<br> <br> No one cancelled my contract as I requested in Aug. for Oct. And now Cell c only cancelled it today,just because I phoned<br> And now Cell c wants a payment for November. PLEASE SEE MY ATTACHED STOP ORDER!!!
