JRL Property Management ****, they are not an agent, they are ********s

I should have checked all reviews before signing a lease with these ****mers. First they downright refused to fix the pertinent issues and opted to terminate our contract within 2 months and now they're playing hide and seek with my deposit.

If you can, avoid them at all costs, Amanda (the most useless person amongst them all, tasked to do inspections and agrees that everything is in order but when its time to pay then there's issues that she found after the exit inspection???)

their properties are run down, not properly maintained and I often found snakes in the yard, not only that, but their bathrooms are also dirty and full of grime (which they will charge you to clean when you vacate) when they didn't do the same for you. Them not providing you full access to their properties because Gerhard who is the director also doubles up as property owner (conflict of interest much) still wants to have full control while you pay rent.

They are just a **** period and if you want peace please stay away and there are really nice properties in pretoria east that are well kept at less the price they charge
