Jrl property management *******
These people are parasites,please do not do business with these *******.When we viewed the property it was in a mess,the agent said they will fix.moved in day 1 power issues,next wast the kitchen cupboards,don't talk about plumbing.This is the fist property management where you pay to fix their property.The back door isn't even fixed since we moved in.......12 months later and I don't think it will be fixed when the next tenant moves in.Please. people if you desperate,build a shack and don't give you hard earned money to these people.I beg of you please im sure,like all previous tenants im not getting my deposit back.

Bad service
Very unprofessional and rude. Racial profiling, once you sign with the say goodbye to your deposit!

Avoid JRL: Unprofessional and Unaccountable
JRL Property Management has been consistently rude, ***********, and unprofessional. From the start, I received no communication or support regarding my property. They failed to provide levy statements, meeting updates, or basic clarity. I’ve been blindsided by sudden debt and legal threats despite paying monthly. Avoid this company if you value transparency and respectful service.

Avoid JRL: Unprofessional and Unaccountable
JRL Property Management has been consistently rude, ***********, and unprofessional. From the start, I received no communication or support regarding my property. They failed to provide levy statements, meeting updates, or basic clarity. I’ve been blindsided by sudden debt and legal threats despite paying monthly. Avoid this company if you value transparency and respectful service.

JRL Property Management ****, they are not an agent, they are ********s
I should have checked all reviews before signing a lease with these ****mers. First they downright refused to fix the pertinent issues and opted to terminate our contract within 2 months and now they're playing hide and seek with my deposit. If you can, avoid them at all costs, Amanda (the most useless person amongst them all, tasked to do inspections and agrees that everything is in order but when its time to pay then there's issues that she found after the exit inspection???) their properties are run down, not properly maintained and I often found snakes in the yard, not only that, but their bathrooms are also dirty and full of grime (which they will charge you to clean when you vacate) when they didn't do the same for you. Them not providing you full access to their properties because Gerhard who is the director also doubles up as property owner (conflict of interest much) still wants to have full control while you pay rent. They are just a **** period and if you want peace please stay away and there are really nice properties in pretoria east that are well kept at less the price they charge

Taking advantage of tenants
Avoid JRL at all costs, they outright refused to return my deposit, I didn’t damage anything in their unit. Their behaviour is unprofessional, dishonest and *********. They clearly take advantage of tenants

Belaglike besigheid probeer met elke huur of body corporate mense indoen met geld. As eienaar response is dit altyd die wet se dit en die wet se dat. Doen bietjie huiswerk dan se die wet nie so nie. Sy grootste taktiek is om mense bang tepraat met wat se die wet en dan skrik mense.Patetiese instansie ek probeer almal indoen met huur if levi betaal. Wonder wat se die wet?
