I was a tenant of JLR properties They are the most unprofessional establishment.We moved in December 2023.A property check was done & there was no complaints .Amanda did the inspection,told us that withing 21 days we will get our deposit.To date our deposit has not been paid even though we called their office numerous times.They even so far as to say that we didn't clean the carpets which we didnt(the house was tiled)then it was we didn't pay for water but in our contract it stated water inclusive.Their excuses are so random it's not funny.All we want is our deposit which is due to us but it's like we stole THEIR money. This is the most disgusting service we've ever had.I hope this comlaint get publicized so that no other tenant would have to beg for their money back.
