Juan Botha advertises his services on Facebook claiming to handles queries - connections - recoveries from City of Tshwane in a timely manner. A well known Pta East Estate Agent also refers him to new owners for assistance with transferring Tshwane services. He demanded payment of R3000.00 into his personal banking account in February as he is not a registered company. This is a **** - until today he has made empty promises and has provided no service!! Beware of this individual - he is ****ming people into making payment for a service and he does not deliver on it.
