Shameful Edgars Service
Edgars Centurion has the worst customer care!! While standing in a long line to purchase an R800 gift voucher for a friend, I enquired on where the customer care was. I was laughed at and told to wait in line as this paypoint was the customer care. Thereafter the staff at the till point made comments and laughed. What a pity my friend chose an Edgars voucher for I would gladly would have spent it at Woolworths instead. Wake up Edgars staff and go learn from your competitors!! Your attitude and service makes customers feel unwelcome!!

Juan Botha advertises his services on Facebook claiming to handles queries - connections - recoveries from City of Tshwane in a timely manner. A well known Pta East Estate Agent also refers him to new owners for assistance with transferring Tshwane services. He demanded payment of R3000.00 into his personal banking account in February as he is not a registered company. This is a **** - until today he has made empty promises and has provided no service!! Beware of this individual - he is ****ming people into making payment for a service and he does not deliver on it.

<div>Don't let their fancy language fool you. The service I have received from them since February to repair rain damage to my roof has been so disappointing. They claim to be the kings...but not to my castle.. pass the buck and I still am stuck. </div>

My experience with this agency is that they have absolutely no interest with making any effort in assisting an employee with finding work. I have been attempting for months to make an appointment with their Silver Lakes team. They have no interest in public relations.
