Best service and very friendly staff
What a beautiful experience 🙌. I discovered Thursday that my driving licence expired in November already. I got so frustrated when I thought of the process of booking and having to go and queue. After reading the online reviews about RTMC Eco Park Centurion, I drove there after work yesterday. On arrival, I was assisted by a very friendly security lady. I asked if they can assist without appointment she said yes and immediately directed me to where I should go. The whole experience inside took 30 minutes. I got there at 14H50 and left at 15H20 with my temp drivers license. Thank you to the friendly staff of this office. It is not everyday that we find such a beautiful service in a government office. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you

Vehicle licence BZ 91 LM GP
I've been calling and sending emails and not getting assistant app**** and paid for vehicle licence on the 26th November and since they said they'll deliver to date nothing. And should I get into an accident my insurance will not cover my claim due to expired licence. Calling their reception on 0129995200 only to be told that they'll send email and call me back since last week...requested reception to transfer me to the printing department or any other department that can assist and was told the numbers on the other end are not working.

Excellent and friendly service
I was dreading to renew my license, but what a pleasant experience. From the smiling receptionist to the competent officer assisting with my application. I was in and out within 20 minutes, temperary license in hand. A big thank you to all the staff!!!

Excellent and friendly service

SkyNet 10 days to deiver licence Disks - but NO licence Disks
@twitter RTMC Cant be, I waited 10 days ! Sitting at home waiting for the Couriers 24/7 .Inefficient. Cant me 🕙 of delivery. And when the SkyNet Worldwide Express @SkyNet the package contains no lisence disks. eNaTIS @TrafficRTMC eNatis DO NOT answer any enquiries so far. No problems with Post Office deliveries. info@rtmc.co.za Charmaine.Selepe@rtmc.co.za onlinevehdiscs@rtmc.co.za @twitter RTMC Cant be, I waited 10 days ! Driver's license renewal
My Appointment was for 09h00, i arrived early expecting to be kept in a queue for a long time.... Was assisted at the door, there was a young lady walking up and down as well as a young gentlemen, assisting where they could. Was called to register me on the system. And then was assisted straight away. The gentlemen that assisted me was efficient and good mannered. All in all a good experience and would rate their service a 9/10. Will definitely recommend them if you need to renew your Driver's license.

Was assisted at the door, there was a young lady walking up and down as well as a young gentlemen, assisting where they could. Was called to register me on the system. And then was assisted straight away. The gentlemen that assisted me was efficient and good mannered. All in all a good experience and would rate their service a 9/10. Will definitely recommend them if you need to renew your Driver's license.

I would like to express that I am super impressed with the service I received from RTMC DLTC Eco-Park Centurion. I had an appointment at 8am and arrived a bit early. I walked through the door at 7:30am and was greeted by security, who were very helpful and friendly in directing me where to go. After filling out my forms, the agent who assisted me was also very friendly and helpful, guiding me through the process. I left the premises at 7:42am, well before my scheduled appointment time. I would HIGHLY recommend RTMC DLTC Eco-Park Centurion. Well done, guys!
