As I write this I am very disappointment, drained and taken for a ride on the service I received from Kia Clearwater I had a challenge with my car gears/gear selection,from the diagnosis I was told I need to replace my clutch kit for R7589 Durring service I was told there's another part costing R1500 I needed to also fix. Illana the representative whom I told it might not be the clutch as I had it replaced not so long ago.but I decided to trust KIA as they deal with cars. Upon receiving my car,the very same week I encountered the same problem and couldn't select gears. I brought the car back , I was told another part was needed to be fixed a "Clutch master amounting to a quote of R 3915. Just like any other service,you can never buy something from the shop and when it mulfunctions ,you take it back,then you are told you need to pay them to fix Thier mistakes,that's insane. If they are good the way they claim they are,then they should know,before replacing parts,you need to make sure and check all other posibble issues around the problem and rule out all other possibilities 1st before you start replacing anything because there's money involved here. My car was misdiagnosed and they want me as a customer to carry thier neglegence and incompetence. I really feel like my efforts I have taken to take the car in, calls, emails and money spent was all for nothing as nothing has changed on my car,instead it’s worse. Instead of my car being well maintained and in good condition it looks like it’s detoriating and the issues seem to be pilling up, KIA is not playing their part. I have also reported a red airbag light that’s on my dashboard that came on after the 1st diagnoses Furthermore my car has started shaking from time to time ever since they took the car during the last check up of issues I raised. Above all the issues I am disturbed, puzzled by the treatment I got from start throughout the process,the response I got from the staff including the manager Saleem snapping and leaving us left us there,using distractive words while the other staff members are laughing on our faces,this made me question, is this how a branch manager handles issues at KIA nothing was properly explained either than being defensive, emotional and verbally inconsiderate. I have sent emails to the complaint department 3 times already till to this day I have not received a single reply or contact. This is BAD service,I wouldn't recommend anyone to go this this branch AT ALL. You will treated like nothing,all they want is your money and not care for you as a customer,I'm not even gonna say anything about Illana the worst. Do yourself a favour don't go to this branch if you do not get involved with Illana. Instead of helping you she will disregard and laugh at you instead. Till this day ( two months ) I cannot drive my car but I have have payed for a service I did not get.

The services rendered at that dealership are always very good. The front desk ladies have good customer care and they always ensure that your needs are met. Bravo to Kia Silverton!

I would like to give the Kia Silverton dealership a well deserved 5 stars for their outstanding customer service. Last month, I took in my Kia for a service, and the booking took 3 minutes over the phone! I took my vehicle in 2 days after and their mechanics took 15 minutes to sort out my car. They then vacuumed and washed my car free of charge! Amazing service. I will certainly do business with them in the future.

I would like to give the Kia Silverton dealership a well deserved 5 stars for their outstanding customer service. Was shopping around for a new vehicle. Visited this branch to browse the new cars in the showroom and to get some literature. Had a very good experience from the time I walked into the branch. The staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about all their products. I was informed about various options and prices. I was even told and given an about the servicing costs for different models and the extended warranty options for the vehicles. Worth the visit.

The Service center ladies are the best. They keep one updated with everything and they go the extra mile to listen attentively and assist even beyond the call of duty. They will never leave you hanging and worried. They are the reason my family and I keep on supporting Kia Silverton.

They might seem hidden on Google maps…but locate this dealership and you find a reliable team of individuals willing to assist and satisfy their customers with dedication, friendliness and courtesy. Compare their methodologies and competitive prices to any other dealership in Pretoria East and you will be surprised at their efficiency and ability to assist and accommodate their customers. A big shout out to Elize J van Rensburg who was eager to provide an excellent customer experience and has the s****set to communicate the brand and temperament of an excellent leader promoting Kia with true purpose. I sent my grandson and his father to Kia Silverton on 17.02.2020.My Kia Cerato was due for a yearly service. On arrival health check was done on the car(proof on invoice), no damages detected. According to the people sent the car was just handed to them around 16h00. They reached my work place around 17h00(Laudiam). Arriving home i realized that the bonnet is extremely hot. I opened it to cool down.Was even thinking the Coolent is maybe finished. As a woman I didn't know what it was. In the morning my son inlaw came checked the car and noticed that the fan was not functioning thus the over heating.He then advise me to drive with the air conditioner on as that makes the fan kicks. I then called Kia Silverton and spoke with Ms Bester who was not convinced im telling the truth. She later that day sent a whatsapp which requested my work adress. She said a technician will be sent. Indeed John did come, after working on the car the fan was functional again. I showed him the damaged R light which was also reported to Ms Bester he suggested i report to management. On 25.02 2020 an email was sent to the service manager Marius, no response. On 28.02 2020 i called Kia Silverton and asked for Marius.He told me there is nothing he can do and he can't help me. I'm really disappointed cause its the first time taking my car to Kia Silverton. For the past five years my car was serviced at Kia Fountains and I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANY CHALLENGES/PROBLEMS. Today 03.03.2020 i washed my car and noticed both wheel macs damaged. Im so stressed up i wish i didn't take this car to Kia Silverton. Paying close to R4000 for a car to be s****ped off its parts is really
