Very disappointed with Medforum - the level of safety for patients belongings is now questionable. We lost a pair of prescription glasses. The patient is totally dependable on those spectacles but they were ****** and this has put her at risk as she is partially blind.
My account was debited twice and was informed that the refund takes up to seven working days; however the stipulated period has long passed and I’m still making calls (and sending emails) to enquire about the refund. The service provider doesn’t provide any updates whatsoever on the process. It’s very disappointing that the mistake was done from their side but I’m the one who has to run around for my money.
Very Disappointed with the restaurant. We were served with spoiled meat and it had a very bad smell. We changed the orders, now there was human hair on the ribs that I had ordered (on the second order). I'm still feeling disgusted
I'm very disappointed with the recent services of Medipost. The Pharmacy hasn't been dispatching my Mom's chronic medication for a couple of a while. I had to make countless phone calls to try and get clarity on this and to request that the medicine be dispatched. This is very frustrating!
The company's staff have good customer care and provide efficient service. You get 'value for money' type of a service.
The services rendered at that dealership are always very good. The front desk ladies have good customer care and they always ensure that your needs are met. Bravo to Kia Silverton!
The services from this bank are very disappointing! I received a confirmation on 17 August 2020 that my refund request has been approved and the money will be in my account within 24 hours. Up to date, I haven't received the money yet. Now I'm told that there is no trace/ record of my case!!
On the 4th August 2020 I made a withdrawal from e-wallet but the atm did not give out the cash. I called the customer service center; was taken from pillar to post. I then went to a branch - I was told that I will get a response within 48 hours. But nothing so far!! And their contact center is not so convenient because you are put on hold forever!
