An angry Patient/Customer

The service is so terrible.Today there was a network issue and they had no solution to the problem.The only feedback they gave patients was that they are very much welcome to take their card files back and leave as there is nothing they can do.Old age people had to wait long queues and did not receive any assistance.I am really disappointed.I had to return home empty handed and my medication was finished which could result into a health hazard.I am really sad and i really stay far can't afford to go home and return at a later stage.
