Asking for help with my unemployment insurance funds
I app**** for my unemployment insurance fund on the 18th of April 2024,my application went through all the processing methods and it reached the final stage but i haven’t received my payment,later on around September i tried applying again for my benefits but still haven’t received my payment and i call labour landline and they told me to go to my nearest branch cause when they view my application i was supposed to be paid a long time ago and i went there and they checked my application and they told me it’s final but i haven’t received my payment,i visited jubilee mall department of labour that’s my nearest branch
