No Communication with customers. going over to the 4th month waiting for order.
Order # ZA101400391 I have waited 3 months, I received an email thanking me for my money and that was the only communication this company has with their customers. After that its good luck to your package, After buying the Ring from another store i requested a refund on the order. The reply is that an investigation needs to be done, That was 2 weeks ago with no feedback. Do yourself a favor and buy local. This is shocking and i am still demanding a full refund as i haven't received the product and no longer need or want them.

Jewelery review
I have received what I ordered, a gold plated name necklace... although it took quite a bit longer than expected. Probably my own fault for not checking the shipping times. It’s ok quality.. perfect for my young daughter’s birthday gift..
