Jumbo Clothing ****med me

Jumbo Clothing in Vryburg store manager has a rotten attitude her name is Lerato. I'm very disappointed at her bad service as I'm at the shop to return a skirt I bought there, however the skirt is still good condition as I did not wear it. She is refusing because the garment does not have a price tag as my son mistakenly threw it away while cleaning. I have a proof of payment (receipt). Therefore I feel that they're just being rude and difficult. Now the head office is telling me that the garment is smelling something. Of course it will smell my perfume because I fitted it while in the shop. Why are customers allowed to fit garments if then I'll be told that I can't return nor exchange due to smelling "my perfume". This is way of ****ming customers.
