Horrible service at Jump for Joy Warercrest Mall
I brought in 5 kids to have fun. 2 were teenagers, 2 were 10yrs and little one was 3yrs. After paying for an exorbitant amount I was told in order for my 3 yr old to play with her cousins (the other 4 kids) she need to pay an extra R100 of which I was ok with. Then they told me I need to pay R170 for an adult who will be supervising. Mind you the adult was there not playing but keeping an eye on the kids. Who in their right mind will pay for just standing in there and do nothing. The staff were rude. I’ll never visit that place again, even if you pay me to.

Horrible service at Jump for Joy Warercrest Mall

Unhappy customer
I went with my kids today 2/06/2024 for the first time to watercrest Jump for Joy. I had sent an email to book a slot and i was late for my time 10 mints which i didn’t mind .We will just use the time we still have. So we didn’t get the do’s and don’t we late I understand my fault but when my child jumps at a certain area she is told no don’t do that don’t sit or stand there. Okay thats fine telling someone the do’s and don’t but the manner of approach totally totally poor . He made me even feel some kinder way when I eventually came close to them coz now they just standing .Im busy taking pictures and he wants to keep passing/patrolling just us.

The Word “Joy” in Jump for “Joy”is a joke
Jump for joy(Watercrest Mall) , how exciting does it sound , well thats what you would think , its quite sad to walk in to the place and the managers are introverted and struggle to have a conversation , everyone is morbid and struggle to find “Joy” in there job , it becomes harder and harder to support a business like this as the lack for care for customers grows each time i go there . Family and even friends have decided to never go to Jump for Joy ever again . Absolutely astonishing as to how owners cannot keep a close eye on there falling business….

Disgusted with attitude of employee
I called to place an order for the combo party package thst included 1 kides ride, 1 jumping Castles, 10 kides chairs and 2 kidies tables. I spoke to Seema. She was extremely rude. And said they cant deliver in Reservoir Hills yet they do Japanese Gardens in Durban. She refused for me to fetch and drop off. I even offered to fetch the guy installing the items. I offered a higher delivery charge. She still refused. Thats not how business works!!! SO RUDE AND SHE SPEAKS SO POORLY. I will never advise anyone to do business with them.

Jump for joy hillcrest- baby poo on play area
Good day Hope you are well, Please note we had a disgusting experience today where by my children was playing with babies poo. Your manager told me he is sorry your company cleans once a day. There after there was no soap or sanitizer in the bathroom for my child to wash her hands. Pathetic attitude and very disrespectful and disappointed. I believe you have selected the incorrect manager. I also believe that your facility should be clean,hygienically friendly,safe and suitable for children. I called to speak to the owner a few times. Will be taking this further. Please note we have videos and photos of the disgusting experience we have had.
