When we spoke to you on the phone you sounded like you knew what you were doing only to find out that you dont actually do the work you sub contract mechanics to do the job which is fair however when you sit with a situation where both parties know nothing about a specific vehicle and get it wrong then what? you start blamming the miliage factor and all sorts of other things instead of admiting your mistake and lack of knowledge. Instead you took our money for a job which was a complete ****** up and then would not refund it, you call that fair business practice I call it theft.
