We will never use you again thanks for ripping us off and damaging our vehicle
When we spoke to you on the phone you sounded like you knew what you were doing only to find out that you dont actually do the work you sub contract mechanics to do the job which is fair however when you sit with a situation where both parties know nothing about a specific vehicle and get it wrong then what? you start blamming the miliage factor and all sorts of other things instead of admiting your mistake and lack of knowledge. Instead you took our money for a job which was a complete ****** up and then would not refund it, you call that fair business practice I call it theft.

worst service ever !
Order at 4pm gets to just after 8pm and then cancelled! no refund, no phone call to say hey we aint going to make it. Too bad if you have been waiting 4 hours tomorrow is another day !!

You know when a company is going to crash is when they start *****ing money from the clients who pay a delivery charge to have an item delivered and then when you pay them they ignore your texts and calls. Its so pathetic that you have to stoop so low but hey karma hits and it will make no mistake about that

Useless bed place and there consultants know zero and you get charged additional charges too
On your guys website online store you give an option to lay-bye right which is all very well however not anywhere on your site does it stipulate that you charge an online courier fee which clearly no one knows about not even your consultants for that matter. So my bed costs R6999 WITH FREE DELIVERY!! I pay R1000 deposit so the balance should be R5999 right but then my agreement comes and all of a sudden my balance is R6399. Your consultant 1st says its the delivery charge and I say but it says free delivery then the story changes to because I took it on lay-bye you have to charge me a delivery fee so I say but on your system it does not give me the option to collect as I have a bakkie so i want to collect then the story now is due to it been a large item only your warehouse has stock but i still cant collect it????? I wanted to settle the account today but oh no! I dont know what joke company this is but damn now i must wait 14 days to be refunded my deposit to hell with this i will take this further trust me because you have *********** staff I must suffer we will see about that.

Pathetic Service dont book online with these fruit cakes
I placed an online order on the 18th March 2025 and was promised it was going to be out for delivery on the 24th due to the public holidays. The 24th came and went and I ended up cancelling the order on the 25th March 2025. After around 10 calls and 5 calls back from the pathetic consultants there my order has still not been cancelled, i have not been refunded and i actually have no other words then this is honestly the worst service I have ever been given in my life. the order number is 2023264573 if you even bother reading this review

Absolutely Disgraceful Service!
If I could give you a zero I would because pathetic does not even begin to emphise just how disgusting this company is! I signed up with Bloom 3 years back, believing their promises of “the BEST HEALTHCARE BENEFITS.” However, when I actually needed them in the 1st time since i joined, they refused to cover anything!—despite all their flashy guarantees. Every claim was rejected with excuses, and their customer service was completely useless. This company is nothing but a ****, taking hard-earned money and offering zero real benefits in return. The 24/7 HELLO Doctor they offer is just as pathetic as them as you lucky if you get a response 3 days later. In 3 years of never claiming guess what they covered me for? I went into clicks the one day to get a throat sweet as I felt a bit of flu coming on and what a blessing the woman said they covered it WOW CONGRADULATIONS OUR HEROS CAME TO THE PARTY FOR A PRODUCT WHICH ONLY CAME TO R56. I would NOT recommend them to anyone! If you’re considering signing up, stay far away—they are nothing but *******.All the reviews you see here are **** consider this one the only real one which was not written by there employees! Here is the honest truth in total they have taken from me R32040 and iv benefited R56 back from them you call that fair ? I call it day light *******. I requested my recording of the day i signed up as I know very clear that I asked for a hospital plan and 4 days later I am still waiting to which they cannot provide. If you think this review will be where i stop you are mistaken because I will take this viral, cartblanch and every avenue i can to expose your ***** company!!!!
