On the 06 Feb 2023 Julian came to assess my fridge which had a minor problem. I paid the call out fee and he demanded i pay upfron the money for parts and labour 2 days later. I followee up with him a month later and he came to fit the part...he said they gave him a wrong part. A month later same story. Till today he is giving me a run around ..does nkt want to pay my money back.
