I bought a stand mixer in april 2025 it broke nd they n say the warranty was voided

On the 06 Feb 2023 Julian came to assess my fridge which had a minor problem. I paid the call out fee and he demanded i pay upfron the money for parts and labour 2 days later. I followee up with him a month later and he came to fit the part...he said they gave him a wrong part. A month later same story. Till today he is giving me a run around ..does nkt want to pay my money back.

Graham's Appliances Strand
I just called Graham's appliances in Strand and spoke to a sales man he wasn't very helpfull very arrogant telling me that im calling just before closing of business the website says it closes at 17H00. I was wondering if he could help me regarding my refridgerator thats giving me a code ever since the electricity went on and off my fridge is giving me problems untill one day it just went off. Now hes telling me ja the electricity hasn't been off for a while. I mean im trying to explain what happend. And what caused my fridge into doung what its doing he was very rude saying im calling before closing of business and telling ne they must come and collect it after the 21 day shut down. I understand the shutdown part but to be rude like that. I wont be doing business with them. No thanks.

I just purchase Dji Mavic Air for R10,500 from appliances online, this is unbelievable i think their price is the best now in South Africa, i will definitely come back for more..i hope this special will be available next month?? Happy Customer. Katie

Your service has been exceptional from start to the END!
I ordered a Bosch washing machine on Wednesday 28th February and it was delivered and installed by the time I arrived home from work the next day! The driver rang me on Thursday morning to say what time he would be there, he arrived within the appointed time and installed the new machine, removed the old one and took it away with all the packaging, all at no extra cost. Your service has been exceptional, I never give feedback on anything but you guys are so outstanding you deserve the recognition. Thanks again
