Graham's Appliances Strand

I just called Graham's appliances in Strand and spoke to a sales man he wasn't very helpfull very arrogant telling me that im calling just before closing of business the website says it closes at 17H00. I was wondering if he could help me regarding my refridgerator thats giving me a code ever since the electricity went on and off my fridge is giving me problems untill one day it just went off. Now hes telling me ja the electricity hasn't been off for a while. I mean im trying to explain what happend. And what caused my fridge into doung what its doing he was very rude saying im calling before closing of business and telling ne they must come and collect it after the 21 day shut down. I understand the shutdown part but to be rude like that. I wont be doing business with them. No thanks.
