Poorest customer service I've ever experienced

I was promised delivery yesterday which did not happen due to you not making up the order correctly and you made a promise to deliver today which did not happen either.

I received no feedback from you, I needed to do follow-ups since there were no communication from your side. When I call I get cut of. When I send emails I don't get any response and if 3 to 4 days later. When I leave messages to be called back no one calls back.

I'm going to lose business if I do not get my order by tomorrow. I was going to finish my order tonight, which I couldn't.

I am really very disappointed and frustrated and I've been patient and kept quite even though I struggled with enquiries and my order for about a month now.

Please ensure you get hold of your driver whom you said stays in Alberton who was supposed to have delivered my order and get my order to be delivered before 8h30 tomorrow morning. I've dealt with Thandi, Nosipho and Sheryl-ann.

I'm not someone who likes to complain neither to make it public, but this is truly a bad experience. I regret not placing my order with Brandability instead, but surely will in future.
