Had a bad and poor customer experience with Sharlene. I wanted a revised qoute. I called and emailed but she never bothered to return my calls or emails. I ended up paying on the old qoute. I sent it to you her via email she never bothered to acknowledge my email. I went to the Just Brand office and she still didn't bother to attend to me. I decided to cancel the branding and just opted for product purchase only. I told this to a go between as she kept sending people to me instead of attending to me. I was then asked to cancel via email which i did. She still did not acknowledge my email even my order. Now this poor customer service i honestly would not recommend her to anyone. I was however helped by the collection & reception staff who were very polite.

Poot, very poor. Quick to take you money. Got order competely wrong. Branding differ from photo as agreed. Now refuse to helps use to fix the order. Say we got only 7 day to complain. Received order 18 December. Just Brand closed 19 December. Sent many email without any reply. Sent many Whatsapps without reply. Customer service none existing.. we need the right size of hats and the correct brand which we paid for but never received. Poor, very poor. Deseeve zero stars.

Every follow-up is a game of ping-pong, getting sent from pillar to post with no resolution 🏈. They'll tell you whatever to keep you quiet, but don't believe it 😂. Bottom line: avoid this company like the plague 🚫. Find a supplier that values your time and business 👊." Or if you want to make it a bit more detailed: Gift warp/Just Brand = customer service nightmare 😱. No accountability, no communication, just a lot of runaround 🤷♀️. They'll promise the world, but delivery is a different story 🚨. Don't waste your time or money - there are better options out there 👍."

Order: SS421833 There has been an issue with the delivery of my order. Sheryl-ann contacted me early Monday morning and explained what the circumstances was that lead to the order not being delivered. I understand it was something unforeseen, she however promised delivery within a few hours. I received my order and everything was there as per my order. Thank you so much for intervening and ensuring that my order was delivered so quickly, I appreciate. Elaine

Order: SS421833 There has been an issue with the delivery of my order. I was promised delivery yesterday which did not happen due to you not making up the order correctly and you made a promise to deliver today which did not happen either. I received no feedback from you, I needed to do follow-ups since there were no communication from your side. When I call I get cut of. When I send emails I don't get any response and if 3 to 4 days later. When I leave messages to be called back no one calls back. I'm going to lose business if I do not get my order by tomorrow. I was going to finish my order tonight, which I couldn't. I am really very disappointed and frustrated and I've been patient and kept quite even though I struggled with enquiries and my order for about a month now. Please ensure you get hold of your driver whom you said stays in Alberton who was supposed to have delivered my order and get my order to be delivered before 8h30 tomorrow morning. I've dealt with Thandi, Nosipho and Sheryl-ann. I'm not someone who likes to complain neither to make it public, but this is truly a bad experience. I regret not placing my order with Brandability instead, but surely will in future.

I ordered bags from them; these were to be branded by embroidery. Paid in full upfront. The bags came but the printing was not embroidered. I sent an email on the same day. It took a month for them to respond to that email. A response from Sheryl-Ann said, she checked with the factory and they said the embroidery would have closed up the pocket, so they went with an alternative. This was not discussed with me; I had already paid for embroidery, I would have changed the position for the logo or even changed the bag if needed be, but I was not given the opportunity to decide. I asked that they fetch them and redo the print. She responded and asked for my address which I gave. I am still waiting to this date. They are just the worst!

I do not even know where to begin!!! Such a contradiction of their slogan, nothing absolutely nothing professional about anything they do. We placed an order for simple bags with our logo last week and they PROMISED that if we made an immediate payment and send POP THEY WOULD MEET THE DEADLINE...THE PROMISE was to have the bags delivered on Friday, nothing was communicated or delivered. SAT came and went, Sunday came and went and this morning i called twice and had them hang up on me and then get a lousy call to say the same drivers that were on their way from Mars on Friday are on their way today.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS RIDICULOUS COMPANY, PATHETIC

I do not even know where to begin!!! Such a contradiction of their slogan, nothing absolutely nothing professional about anything they do. We placed an order for simple bags with our logo last week and they PROMISED that if we made an immediate payment and send POP THEY WOULD MEET THE DEADLINE...THE PROMISE was to have the bags delivered on Friday, nothing was communicated or delivered. SAT came and went, Sunday came and went and this morning i called twice and had them hang up on me and then get a lousy call to say the same drivers that were on their way from Mars on Friday are on their way today.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS RIDICULOUS COMPANY, PATHETIC

I placed an online order for blankets May 2025, it was delivered on the 30th May 2025 and I returned the order on the 6th May 2025 because they were totally different to the ones they advertised . I did several follow ups to check my refund, until to-date I've never received it. My worry is that they registered with payflex, and people will fall on the same trap. I finished paying payflex and I need my refund. I even sent WhatsApp message to +27 63 709 8840, but they just blue tick my messages.
