I am writing this out of frustration and have exhausted all the means to contact 1 grid . I have been trying to get to my back end of my website with out any luck from yesterday. I opened a ticket yesterday understanding that it was weekend and they will get back to me today and yes someone did get back to me via e-mail saying they have resolved the matter . Upon checking the problem was still there . I called and after a long wait and being cut off everytime I was no 2 the line someone answered my call and verified my information and asked me to wait the next thing I was no 4 on the line . I waited and got cut off at no 2 . I was hoping the lady will get back to me and she did not . I called again and the waiting process was the same and the call will be cut off every Ime I was number 2 . I responded to the e-mail and the next thing my e-mail was offline again after it was off for a week last week. Now this is frustrating as I need to work. While I understand technical issues but this is beyond my patience . ticket no #2678017
Had a bad and poor customer experience with Sharlene. I wanted a revised qoute. I called and emailed but she never bothered to return my calls or emails. I ended up paying on the old qoute. I sent it to you her via email she never bothered to acknowledge my email. I went to the Just Brand office and she still didn't bother to attend to me. I decided to cancel the branding and just opted for product purchase only. I told this to a go between as she kept sending people to me instead of attending to me. I was then asked to cancel via email which i did. She still did not acknowledge my email even my order. Now this poor customer service i honestly would not recommend her to anyone. I was however helped by the collection & reception staff who were very polite.
Please respond to my ticket 2613427 . I am fustrated and have been calling for more than hour no response .
the service is un reliable - every month I have the same problem where I cant log into my account , back end . there is always something wrong
I am honetly fustrated with service. My links to access my 1 grid keep changing and I report the matter and non working links are sent .I call and call are not answered , I took pictures while I was on hold ,another one is more than an hour. I have tried even to communicate via Facebook and they told me they have escalated the matter . Yesterday afternoon and guess what no one has called or attempted to resolve my issue
1st you deal with different people. They ask you different questions which lead to no where. TH You can't call any of the agents for better understanding of their requirements or explain your concepts. I have been dealing with the same issue since yesterday and yielding no results. Their verification process sucks and is confusing
My happiness was shortley lived - My logins was sorted after a week they are messed up again . Technicial messed up the logins responding to a closed case and I am back to square one. I dont need once off and expiring log in . The service that I offer ,requires logins every second day. This used to be the case but I am not sure what is going on now.
I have problems with login into my websites from December. I reported this on the 6th of January. Up to the issue is not resolved. I would call and hold more than 30min and would be told they would work on it or someone will call me back. And nothing happens. I am loosing business because of this, despite my pleas they have still not resolved my problem. I am very disappointed and frustrated . And I am expected to pay end of the month
My gadgets were ****** and one of them with my prepaid telkom number. Which I used for business and as a recovery no. Telkom refused to do a sim swap as I was behind with my other line that was a contract. I lost all the prospects that would have helped me bounce back in business, this after I had just recovered from eye sight loss and couldn't operate for some time. Despite explaining this and showing evidence they just didn't care. And told me it's not their problem I must pay
A lady called me 18.05 and she was very rude. As I told her she was taking soft and I couldn't hear her she just kept on talking and ignoring my frustration. I later got an sms that I am owing R 390 my installment was paid and I don't understand what she was taking about. The service of consultants has become very poor and they treat people with no respect They also impose legal fees as when they please.
