EXTREME POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
"Warning: Gift warp/Just Brand will drain your sanity 😵💫. No morals, no respect for customers - just a bunch of empty promises 🤮♂️. Every follow-up is a game of ping-pong, getting sent from pillar to post with no resolution 🏈. They'll tell you whatever to keep you quiet, but don't believe it 😂. Bottom line: avoid this company like the plague 🚫. Find a supplier that values your time and business 👊."

Gift warp/Just Brand = customer service nightmare 😱. No accountability, no communication, just a lot of runaround 🤷♀️. They'll promise the world, but delivery is a different story 🚨. Don't waste your time or money - there are better options out there 👍."

16 Jan 2026, 17:50"Warning: Avoid Just brand/Gift Wrap at all costs! 🚫 I placed an order for bags and it took them 3 days to respond, and that was only after multiple follow-up calls. Each time I called, I was given different stories and passed around like a hot potato 🥔. They failed to deliver on their promised timeframe, and when I cancelled my order due to their unreliability, they refused to refund me 💸.
Their customer service is abysmal, and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy 🤯. The director, Hein Schoeman, tried to help, but was let down by the unprofessional attitude of Charlene Biaird, who was downright disrespectful 😤. She begged then started calling and begging me to remove review I posted ..I explained to her that is to help other customers to avoid falling in such thanks to the company that assisted me in just less than an hour in Silverton they are the best .
Needless to say, I'll never be using their services again, and I urge others to steer clear of this ************* company 🚫."
