I placed an online order for blankets May 2025, it was delivered on the 30th May 2025 and I returned the order on the 6th May 2025 because they were totally different to the ones they advertised . I did several follow ups to check my refund, until to-date I've never received it. My worry is that they registered with payflex, and people will fall on the same trap. I finished paying payflex and I need my refund. I even sent WhatsApp message to +27 63 709 8840, but they just blue tick my messages.
I had a house breaking and insured my house contents with Auto and General. The incident happened in the month whilst i was waiting for my cash bonus to pop into my bank account. I submitted claim with them and it was approved. The vibe of good customer service to admin officials informing me about the payment date for my claim. A week after the claim was proccessed, i received a call from them, informing me that will receive my cash bonus, on the date that was stated on letter and the email and it was processed. I never thought about it, i thought i forfeited the cash bonus because of the incident and its stated on the contract forms/lletter.
On the 1 October 2022, my account was suspended of which payment was done on the 29 September 2022, and the matter was resolved on this platform on the 1November 2022. The whole month of October, I didn't utilize Vox services. On the 16 November 2022, I paid an amount of R500 to Vox account, on the 11 December 2022, I received a letter confirming that my account has been suspended. I wrote an email to them informing them that I don't owe them, I paid on the 16 November and proof was sent to Marlene and its team. I cannot pay for the month of October because I didn't utilize their services as account was fully paid for the month of Oct, and the account was released in November. I wanted to know from them which month did I owe them? They don't pick up their calls, you hold forever bcoz I really needed clarity.
<div>I have an account with Vox opened on th3 23 August 2022. First payment was done on the 7 September 2022. On the 29 September 2022, I paid for my 2nd installment for October an amount of R500. On the 14 October 2022, Vox suspended my account, alleging that I did no pay for Oct. On the 14 October, I called their call center agent, informing them that I paid for Oct, unfortunately the airtime was not enough and the lady did not come back to me as I was explaining. The ref nr 9673424 was the same ref I used in my initial payment, I paid through EFT. A proof of payment was sent to the ff email address: help; ****** with no luck. I received an shocking invoice claiming an amount of R2500.00 i.e the month of Oct, Nov and reconnection fee. I need an assistant coz I don't owe Vox instead I need my data that I paid from the month they suspended their services, until to date. I cannot pay for services I did not utilize. Sat 29 Oct we called them, they transferred me to accounts dept, no one answered the call, again 31 October, it was transferred bt no one answered it. Their service is very appalling. What is amazing, up until now they haven't done their balance sheets and allocate the money accordingly. My account is from FNB and their account is FNB, why is it so difficult to allocate the money.</div>
Hello Peter. Please help me, I have a problem with post office Marshalltown. On the 21 September 2018, i visited the above post office to courier the parcel to presles in Cape Town and I ensured it. The cost of the item was R3000 , I insured it with R373.00. When I phoned presles to check whether they received the parcel so that they can credit my account, I was informed that it never reached their offices, according to their system it never moved to Marshalltown. On the 14 November 2018, I visited the same post office with my insurance proof slip, they gave me enquiry form regarding missing of the item to fill. I was told that my matter is under investigation, as soon as they finalised the investigation, they will contact me. On the 8 January 2019, I visited the post office to enquire, I demanded to speak to the manager with the name of Amy, I explained to her, she promised to contact me on the 11 January 2019 to give me feedback, I have never received any call from her. I want to warn people that they must stop using that post Office in Marshalltown, parcels will be missing or stolen. And you will pay for that, even if you reported as stolen at post office. My heart is broken n I hate that post office with all my heart
