Poor Service from Sharlene
Had a bad and poor customer experience with Sharlene. I wanted a revised qoute. I called and emailed but she never bothered to return my calls or emails. I ended up paying on the old qoute. I sent it to you her via email she never bothered to acknowledge my email.
I went to the Just Brand office and she still didn't bother to attend to me. I decided to cancel the branding and just opted for product purchase only. I told this to a go between as she kept sending people to me instead of attending to me. I was then asked to cancel via email which i did. She still did not acknowledge my email even my order. Now this poor customer service i honestly would not recommend her to anyone. I was however helped by the collection & reception staff who were very polite.
