THE MOST USELESS COURIER TO EVER EXIST AND ITS AGENTS!
I tried to get assistance today with funds that two companies have been trying to take from my virtual card, which are unauthorized and I was sent from pillar-to-post... I first dealt with Adrienne (assisted me with one of the queries and explained that I as in the wrong department for the other queries, which was fine) was then transferred to Antonia, then Alscia, then Ntsoaki but then I was somehow chatting to a very rude Gloria who then put me through with no explanation to Tozi, who did not even afford me the chance to explain and the chat was ended!!! I sit here with my issue still no resolved. I also was in contact a couple of weeks ago with another agent that told me to stop a debit order via my phone so that FNB does not charge me to do it on their end, granted, i did that BUT the debit order still appears for this month! What an annoying experience and so unprofessional
I opened an account with Nedbank, for the purpose of wanting to use their 24hr notice account, i deposited a small amount into the Premium investment account to test it and was told that it was not the minimum amount required... fair. I then requested, twice, that they refund the money transferred into the main account and it still has not been processed after almost a week from the first request and after 3 days of the 2nd one...
I have not received my parcel for close to 2 weeks now, i did not even receive a call but got a whatsApp message that they could not deliver. It's been over a week of waiting for them to deliver and the worst thing is there are no contact details to call and ask, your chatbot is USELESS to say the least. I use aramex for sending my clothing items to clients and have always had such great service and speedy delivery but this time I am finding myself enduring what the other clients experinced in the negative feedback reviews that I see On the 17th of Dexember I dropped off a parcel, hoping it would reach my client without any issues (as I had pleasantly experienced with other orders) but to THIS DAY the client has not received her parcel. I called the call center on the 23rd and was told that APPARENTLY the driver tried to call, which he or she NEVER did. I was told that it would be delivered on the 29th (yesterday) and still i see on the tracking App, there has not been any movements or dispatches since the 23rd. I do not even know where to begin!!! Such a contradiction of their slogan, nothing absolutely nothing professional about anything they do. We placed an order for simple bags with our logo last week and they PROMISED that if we made an immediate payment and send POP THEY WOULD MEET THE DEADLINE...THE PROMISE was to have the bags delivered on Friday, nothing was communicated or delivered. SAT came and went, Sunday came and went and this morning i called twice and had them hang up on me and then get a lousy call to say the same drivers that were on their way from Mars on Friday are on their way today.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS RIDICULOUS COMPANY, PATHETIC
I called in wanting to report a *****ulent transaction today, I first went through to Thato in the ***** department who then stated she couldn't see the transaction on her end and would need to put me through to online transactions department, when there i was told they could see it but it was apparently a card purchase (that I never authorized or purchased, didn't even have my card on me at the time) then the lady i spoke to said she can't assist i must be transferred back to the ***** line for them to investigate, was then put through to Sphamandla in the ***** department and he too said he needed to put me through to ANOTHER department and for whatever reason he's transfer took me to CCD Couriers... IMAGINE All of that later and still no reversal of the transaction and I dont have a case number or anything to follow up with
From the time I started my skin journey with Isabella, I have received nothing but prompt and kind assistance. I would like to commend Simone Beeslaar as well with all the wonderful assistance and i absolutely love their products, so does my skin... I look and feel wealthier
I have ordered through Uber eats and complained TWICE about two different restaurants and my orders, no acknowledgement of my complaint or even a refund for items I did not receive but paid for. I am so disappointed and moving to Mr D, maybe the experience will be better there
