Dishonest service

I have paid for a water filter to be added to my gas geyser installation, but was told there was no stock and will be installed when the stock arrives. After about a month I asked about it and they confirmend the stock is in and will come and install. Twee weeks later I was only ignored and seems to be blocked. Johannes Klopper is the owner.
