Just Gas - Incredibly Bad Customer Service

Annette Klopper from the Company Just Gas was quick to send me prices for the mesh cage we require at our office for safety purposes. It was made very clear to her that this is an urgent matter and that we require the pro-forma invoice in order to place an order. She is hardly ever available telephonically and never replies to emails. Her receptionist at Just Gas keeps on taking messages and promises to have the pro-forma sent soonest, yet she seems to have no idea what is going on. I, as the customer, have to run after Annette from Just Gas to get the required pro-forma through to me. My last phone call with her I politely asked that she please urgently send me the pro-forma as we otherwise need to cancel the service with her company (as stated before that this is a matter of urgency). She very rudely said to go ahead and cancel the cage and to get another company and then hung up. Hence, Just Gas is not worth getting in touch with as they will not provide speedy service or customer service of any kind.
