UTTERLY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH JUST LABELS
I have ordered labels for my daughters school, in November, its March already. And when I queried they said I have to wait for the post office. I don't know how log will it take. When I queried with Just labels to get another set I need to pay again. This is very disappointing and have lost R110 and I must pay again for a reprint. Will not be using this service again. DISAPPOINTED WITH JUST LABELS. Knowing it's such a difficult time for parents as most of us are battling. And this is what they doing to us. They didn't inform me that there were pick up points in Johannesburg.

We have reviewed the events which are as follows: your Order was placed on our website on the 16 November 2020 and dispatched on the 19 November 2020. The website requests clients to choose collection or delivery after which the relevant options are shown. If delivery is selected by standard mail the website clearly indicates that the risk is carried by the client. This has unfortunately become necessary due to the continuing deterioration of the national postal system. This past year has been particularly poor and as a result we have made a decision not to offer this service going forward. This is unfortunate as it will detrimentally effect many customers. We apologise for the inconvenience suffered and I hope the above addresses your concern.
