Very happy with my label pack! Had a sponsored ad pop up on my newsfeed when traveling back from December holidays. Placed the order on a Sunday, labels were delivered by the following Wednesday. Quality print, quality materials, easy to understand instructions. And the price is perfect too! :)

I don't even want to give this people 1 star. My experience with this company was horrific and appalling.Their behaviour is rude and unproffesional right from the manager to the sales consultants. I placed an order from them for labels for my son's 1st day starting Grade 1 After I did payment on a week before the time, I received an sms saying the labels will only be in my city within 5 working days. I immediately sent an email to the sales team and was informed that it does not take 5 working days as displayed on the website but 3 and printing is included in the 3 days of processing and wad assured I will receive the package on Monday. The email was very rude and hostile. I did not respond as I took them on their word. On Monday, I phoned them and enquired the whereabout of my package and was told by a telephone consultant that my package is in the city I stay and I will receive it today. I later phoned the courier company, whose name they provided and asked them to provide me with details of my package as it was getting late. I was then told I needed the tracking number which Just Labels never provided. I then phoned Just Labels to ask for the tracking number and provided her with my details and she then told me the package was still in Durban because there was a flaw with the labels and they had to redo it on Friday. I asked why they did not inform me so I could make alternative arrangements and her answer to me was: Must I expect them to phone each and everyone who's labels are faulty. I then asked to speak to the manager and explained my situation and told him I dont need the labels anymore as it is of no use as it is still in Durban and I need those labels for my child's stationery as they must have their stationery pack with them on the day of Orientation. He then told me that I will only receive my package in 5 working days as the package is still in their warehouse. I was shocked with his manner of speaking to me and when I asked for a refund he rudely said they cant do that as the 5 working days are over and I asked him how the 5 working days can be over for me as I have not received the item yet and I was not the cause of their flaw. I then asked to speak to his manager and asked for the person's name. He did not want to give me the name and said he does not care who I speak to and put the phone down in my ear. My husband tried phoning them only to be met with rude consultants and the phone being put down in his ear. I have never ever been treated like this by any company or ever come across such rude behaviour and individuals in my whole entire life. What should have been an exciting day for my son and myself, labelling his stationery has turned out to be an awful traumatizing day. My son overheard the conversation and cried his little heart out because he heard the rudeness of the consultants and thought he would not have any labels for his stationery on his first day of Orientation. I would really not recommend this company to anyone. Rude is not the word for these people who work for that company.

I have ordered labels for my daughters school, in November, its March already. And when I queried they said I have to wait for the post office. I don't know how log will it take. When I queried with Just labels to get another set I need to pay again. This is very disappointing and have lost R110 and I must pay again for a reprint. Will not be using this service again. DISAPPOINTED WITH JUST LABELS. Knowing it's such a difficult time for parents as most of us are battling. And this is what they doing to us. They didn't inform me that there were pick up points in Johannesburg.

Wow - was really blown away by this amazing business! Called on Thursday explained that although I had prepared my order through the website I had forgotten to process the payment as the final step. They said to finalize the order process the payment and I could have my order on Monday. Wow wow wow!! Got an sms on Saturday to say my order had been completed and delivered to Heather's in Westville and I could collect Monday morning. Over the moon!!
