Bad customer assistance

Bad customer assistance, i made a deposit but still not credited into my trading account. i have sent proof of payments to finance@justmarkets.com and support@justmarkets.com but no response from them in 11 working days. I keep sending them reminders and still no assistance.. My bank confirmed that justmarkets received my funds same 1st day i made the transaction... i still await for them to credit or refund me!
