Unprofessional and inefficient

I've been dealing wit JVS tax consultants for years now but during the last year there service has been gone from bad to worst. I did my tax submission last year Aug. It's a year now and they still has not sort my tax submission out. The Consultant Cobus whom is handling my submission is very irresponsive. No feedback . No calls . I have to constantly beg for information. They so inefficient it's ridiculous. I hope this compliant make them realize they losing business. If consultants are unprofessional . Remove them. They failing the business.
