I have been on a cruise - flew from Sa to Brazil on cuise ship Preziosa, from 23 to 29 December. Cruise was good but when we disembarked one of my bags was not there when I collected all the other bags and becasue the flight was the same day we had to male our way to the airport . My bag had my room details and my contact details on their. When I got back to South africa I lodged the query with customer care and they said within 72 hours I would get feedback. No feedback from. Anyone to this day and I call th3 customer care line and they couldn't have either. Today is the 6 Jan I lodget the query on the 30 December. No response. All I want is my bag. Does MSC associate themselves with dishonesty and theft? Where is te sense or urgency is assisting cruise members especially if they traveling far to cruise with them- Brazil the language barrier was an issue no one speak English. No one assisted me I had to come back to my own country to lodge this query. My bag could not be missing as I labeled 4 bags to be take from my 2 cabins and only got 3.
Account Number: Outstanding amount: R2,451.00 Hi Can someone please call me as I am trying to get hold of a person that can assist me with this matter, I have been writing to MTN for over a year now and have been calling the helpdesk to sort this matter out. This matter has not been sorted for over a year now and I see now that I am receiving an email to pay this amount. Can someone please sort this out. I had 2 MTN contracts, the one came to an end over a year ago and at the time of the contract coming to an end I call to say i am not renewing the contract, I also went into the store several times to let them know I am not renewing but still has been charged for this contract that came to an end, please have a look at my details and see that this was the case, I have all my emails to show that I notified MTN of this. Can this be retracted as I will not be paying for a contract that has been terminated. MY phone that is still on a contract which has been kept updated with payments is not blocked because of this. Please can someone sort this issue out once and for all. I am been asking MTN to sort this out with no response. I keep getting ****mers calling me back to ask for my OTP to sort this out.
Hi I have been querying my account since December 2021, Can someone please reply to me. I have been charged with an overpayment for a month when my contract came to an end. I have instructed MTN to cancel the contract before and in the month it was coming to an end. I have called in, sent a number of emails to the CEO and to MTN to get this resolved and to this date I see my account has still not been resolved and this amount is still reflecting in my account. Can someone please sort this out as this is frustrating to have to ask MTN to treatract the amount you keep invoicing me on. I still have 1 contract and my contract has always been up to date. Please sort this out as it's a bad reflection on my name AND I THINK THIS IS UNFAIR. I have been getting calls from MTN and email saying this will be resolved just to find out it's a scam email. People wanting my bank details wanting me to share OTP numbers so my problem does not get resolved. This has been going on since March 2022. Hi AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS AND CALLS, I SEE MY ACCOUNT HAS STILL NOT BEEN SORTED OUT TO DATE. Please can I ask that the credit department sort this out and retract the amount of R 2952 off my account as they said they would. This is now months gone and I see my account has the same issue. Proof was sent and emails were sent that when my contract came to an end the contract came to an end but MTN did not end the contract they continued to still bill me for this from March. please see all the logs of calls and email references that were sent to mtn to retract this amount. All also the sms message to me that this account , surely you have all the call/sms email records. MTN assured me this would be sorted out but it does not seem the case. Can someone sort this out, I have called and when into the branches, I even wrote to the CEO to attend to this query and to this dates no one sorts this out. How pathetic is this. Every month I get the same response.
I am been experiencing an issue with my tax submission for 2020, I have all my documents and also submitted on efiling, the system is not allowing to refresh or update the data and when you call SARS they pus you from pillar to post but I keep getting message SAR my submission is outstanding, but no one can assist and no one wants to . My tax practitioner is experiencing the same issue Please help to sort our the system issue with SARS.
I would like someone from MTN to sort this out. It's been going on 5 months now and my account has still not been sorted out with MTN. My contract came to an end in March and I notified MTN to cancel my contract. 2 months later I got a bill for an account I have already canceled n went on prepaid. MTN referred my account the legal and through legal I notified them of the situation n they send MTN credit department to pass a credit not on my account. To this day MTN did not credit my account and I'm stl having to call and been pushed from a call centee to credit department to retention to cancelations. Everyday I call but get no where as no one can help me and come 6 th July mtn will again suspend my account for no reason Please can someone assist with sorting this issue out for me once and for all. Hi ,I'm very disappointed in that the management of carnival that cannot help their customers, the security division gets paid to hide information from people who needs the help. there was an incident on Sunday at carnival city where wallets and phones got stolen and when the couple went back to carnival to view footage they were told they will retrieve it in 24hours and will be called, they called and were told there was with no valid information because they probably got paid to keep quiet. and because of this the bills has not been paid. what is the security policy of carnival city, footage want to be viewed in the presence of the people that were there. why can carnival give this information why the lies, your security is corrupt and dishonest. Carnival does this but why did the security manager say something contrary to what they said to the couple. its so unethical for a company to do this. I would like an Executive of carnival city to give me a call regarding this and the way forward. this is unacceptable that carnival city cant help people when things get stolen on their premises. I've been dealing wit JVS tax consultants for years now but during the last year there service has been gone from bad to worst. I did my tax submission last year Aug. It's a year now and they still has not sort my tax submission out. The Consultant Cobus whom is handling my submission is very irresponsive. No feedback . No calls . I have to constantly beg for information. They so inefficient it's ridiculous. I hope this compliant make them realize they losing business. If consultants are unprofessional . Remove them. They failing the business.
I am very disappointed in the way audi finance and wesbank rip people off. My debit order has been deducted wit 1500 from audi finance( wesbank) because they claim I dont have car insurance. I give audi proof every single time they ask for proof but still who is audi or wesbank to do this to people. Surely by law this is not allowed. I asked for the agreement which they claim I signed to see where it says this in my contract to this day I dont have it. I am waiting for my 1500 rand to be refunded and wesbank does nothing to refund me. A lady by the name of Alldene jaar said she would assist. To this day she did nothing right. Please can some sort this out n refund me.
I am a frequent shopper at woolies and have been for years. Woolies service and products are deteriorating and I dont feel like customers are getting value for their money. I recently purchased a box of roasted macadamia nougat. When I opened the individual wrapped packets. It was half the size it should be. As it is these nougat are getting smaller and smaller. Is this what I pay for. I think I have been ripped of. Woolies service and products is dismissal and I feel like we our complaints go on deaf ears.
