I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about the plastic packaging I found inside the wors products I purchased from your store recently. On [19/05/2024], I bought wors and meat from your store located at empangeni]. When I ate the meat, I was shocked to find several pieces of plastic mixed in with the meat. And the only solution the store manager had was that they cut off the piece with the plastic which left me confused how they would deal with the meat I had eaten

As you can imagine, this was not only unpleasant but also raised serious concerns about the safety and quality of the product. The presence of plastic in food products is unacceptable and poses a risk to consumers' health.

I understand that plastic packaging is often used to preserve meat and extend its shelf life, but it is unacceptable that it is not properly removed or contained before being packaged for sale. I believe that your store has a responsibility to ensure that the products you sell are safe and free from contaminants.

I request that you take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that all meat products sold in your store are free from plastic contaminants. I would like to see a comprehensive review of your packaging and storage procedures to prevent such incidents in the future.
