Jwayelani in Isipingo with poorest service and ignorance to customers. I was right at till and happy that I am about to pay and will make it for a 7 o clock taxi when a male cashier shifted the focus to his colleagues who came from another till to pay. Even when complaining that old woman came to defend him.

I stopped working at Jwayelani Superstore last year, march 2024. It’s almost a year now and I still haven’t received my provident fund. I have tried several times to call NBC Holdings but nobody picks up the calls and sometimes it doesn’t go through. I have sent emails to foodsector@rise.co.za asking for the status of my Provident Fund NBC claim but I get no response. They have all the required forms and documents. I am so frustrated because I need that money.

I stopped working at Jwayelani Superstore last year, march 2024. It’s almost a year now and I still haven’t received my provident fund. Jwayelani was terminated my service on 17/10/2024 On 23 October was submitte my form claim at Jwayelani store . Jwayelani was supposed to send my claim forms to NBC prevent found but I tried many times called 📞 NBC prevent found but say's there don't received my form claim on 18 December So i was going back to the jwayelani store tell them NBC prevent found says there don't receive my form claim Jwayelani sent it again & NBC agree there receive my form claim on 19 December 2024 but I didn't my money it's painful

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about the plastic packaging I found inside the wors products I purchased from your store recently. On [19/05/2024], I bought wors and meat from your store located at empangeni]. When I ate the meat, I was shocked to find several pieces of plastic mixed in with the meat. And the only solution the store manager had was that they cut off the piece with the plastic which left me confused how they would deal with the meat I had eaten As you can imagine, this was not only unpleasant but also raised serious concerns about the safety and quality of the product. The presence of plastic in food products is unacceptable and poses a risk to consumers' health. I understand that plastic packaging is often used to preserve meat and extend its shelf life, but it is unacceptable that it is not properly removed or contained before being packaged for sale. I believe that your store has a responsibility to ensure that the products you sell are safe and free from contaminants. I request that you take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that all meat products sold in your store are free from plastic contaminants. I would like to see a comprehensive review of your packaging and storage procedures to prevent such incidents in the future. I would appreciate it if you could provide a response to this complaint and inform me of the steps you will take to address this issue. If necessary, I may be willing to provide more information or assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This is complaint on how unfairly I was treated by the female security guard at de Villiers branch because im using laptop bag as a hand bag….and yet the store rules says no bags are allowed, but as I was standing by the door I could see people going in and out of the store with the lunch bags and huge huge bags but I was not allowed to enter with my bag . I tried explaining that im using this bag as my hand bag , I cant enter the store with my fone and purse on my hand what if someone snatches the purse on my hand while im in the store , she told me its not her problem. I asked for a manager and she refused calling the manager ….and she instructed the cashier not serve me . That’s a total disrespect , it was in the morning , I was on my way to work. She doesn’t respect me as customer and my time and that is not fair because all customers should be treated equeally . Just because I am Sangoma doesn’t mean I deserve little respect .

I normally go in the store every morning to get something to snack on before i got to work. I entered the store yesterday morning with my lunch bag, which contained my purse, cigarettes, badge and a lunchbox with a piece of cake. On the top of all these was my Reboost. I greeted the security at the door which I normally do. I grabbed a green packet of lays and a nosh chocolate. When I got to the till I pulled out my purse and paid for the items i purchased. When I get to the door at the exit, the lady asked me to open my bag (just like that) I placed my bag on the counter exposing all my personal stuff. She then asked where did I get my reboost from and very politely I rep**** I bought it from the tuck shop near where I live. At this point she called someone who i assumed was senior to her. He asked me to give him the reboost he needs to check it out. I had no problem but made it seem like i had scooped the drink. So i waited he took a few mins.... not sure how he checked, he came back and told me next time to show the guard at the door my receipt before entering. Now the problem i had was that he did the check he needed to do. Was he not suppose to came back and apologies for embarrassing me in from of every on and then say next time do this... The security's think they are shareholders and should treat customers with the utmost respect. I will never return to that store and i will inform everyone in my company of the pathetic service i received from the guards at jwayelani

Pathetic customer service, in to of that customers having to queue for checking till slip at the door by security. Yey it’s jus rubbish that we’re subjected to this kind of treatment where we spend our hard earned money at..never ever buy from this doti store again ngangiphoqwe ukut it was the only store open. What’s disgusting is that when I try ukukhuza these people they see nothing wrong with the whole ordeal 🤦🏾🤧
