This is complaint on how unfairly I was treated by the female security guard at de Villiers branch because im using laptop bag as a hand bag….and yet the store rules says no bags are allowed, but as I was standing by the door I could see people going in and out of the store with the lunch bags and huge huge bags but I was not allowed to enter with my bag . I tried explaining that im using this bag as my hand bag , I cant enter the store with my fone and purse on my hand what if someone snatches the purse on my hand while im in the store , she told me its not her problem. I asked for a manager and she refused calling the manager ….and she instructed the cashier not serve me . That’s a total disrespect , it was in the morning , I was on my way to work. She doesn’t respect me as customer and my time and that is not fair because all customers should be treated equeally . Just because I am Sangoma doesn’t mean I deserve little respect .

Subject: Bad attitude Good day, I went to pep stores phumula yesterday and bought a pkt of powder soap and a. Flees blanket... Ntombi N the cashiers wanted to put my two items together in one plastic and to me that didn't make sense because the powder soap was liking... I asked her to separate the two because the pwd soap will spoil my flees blanket and I bought that for someone as a present... She was so rude and replied by saying the store only allows them to give one plastic to a customer then she gave me the powder soap on my hand without the plastic I refused to take it... She then went to a bin to look for a plastic and she put my powdersoap from a plastic that's dirty from the bin.... I mean I payed for those items to be treated like that... Such humiliation for just being a paying customer at pep phumula... I was really hurt by the ladies action... She treated me like a nobody as if she was doing me a favor by helping... This behavior is not acceptable. Even if the store allows them to give one plastic to a customer... I was buying from the store she could have made an exception. Cashiers name Ntombi N
the worse bank ever , i went to the branch on sat to close my account because im just unhappy with the service I'm getting from the branch and telephonically -It took me two months to have my account cheque account to be approved with nedbank , as soon as it was approved y surname was incorrect , and then i had deal with green bucks thats not showing on my app , i had Tanya at newmarket branch assisting me for the past two weeks , even now im still waiting for her feeback . I will like to close my cheque account with you , yet again i was taken from pillar to post , hopefully this time my request will lend on some one who will assist me hopefully. Not happy at all with the service
Jabulile store supervisor does not have customer service at all. And she is very disrespectful I was waiting on the que for 5 minutes ,waiting next on line then nexthing Jabulile calls her friend next to be assisted while im standing and it was my turn to be assisted . Then i asked what so special about that customer to just come in front of me without asking for my permission. I was told that Jabulile she is the supervisor , the store does what she says , she might be a supervisor but that shop doesn't belong to her she needs to respect all customers . She cant do favours for her friend while other customers suffer because she is in charge favours her friends 1st .
bad services indeed, call centre agents needs training , their very rude i deposited money into my Hollywood account , 3 days later the money is not reflecting , im calling them Rude consultants are not willing to assist me , the whatsapp line its useless the call centre number im caller number 200 waiting to be assisted. I just need my money back or you scammed me Hollywood , Im not sure if i will get feedback from this , i have been waiting for an rom you and im now struggling to get hold of you so that i can do follow ups . I ordered via uber eat and when my order was delivered its was not what I ordered, or the store failed to follow my instructions as Uber eat app.I returned my order with the uber driver I called and spoke to Kgothatso and she assured me she will resend my order . 2 hours later my order is sent and the burger was tasteless and had off smell….chips were to dry and I asked for mayo Sause sachet and I got none not even tomato Sause , Im so unhappy with the service received and extremely disappointed . Im used to buying the whopper burger and its my favourite , but todays burger was not the whooper burger I’m used to , nor the one advertised on the app . and I just paid for nothing because I had to through away what was delivered because its not what I ordered and worse its off. How could you treat paying customer like that?

it took nedbank a week to open an account with them , eventually i got my account activated , im not happy with my app , when i login it shows someone elses surname not my surname , i asked Busisiwe at the new market branch to assist so that i can see my surname on the app , she told me that she doesnt know what she needs to be done , the best option is to call 080 055 5111, and i dis to my surprise Mahomed advices me to go to the branch for assistenc , telephonically i cant not be done . So im wondering why i am been taking pilar to post just to get my surname right on the app , no seems to know what needs to be done , and that make me wonder as new account holder with you if i made a good decision to be with you . I only changed accounts because in the long run ot will bevefit me as MFC accountholder . Im hoping for a speedy response , i dont like opening my app ins seeing Basutu as my surname , plz someone rectify this error .
Capitec Eastgate mall they made me wait for 30 minutes sitting without no assistance , the line manager was available and 3 ladies were sitting in their work station without assisting customers, besides me there were other customers waiting for nothing . 30 minutes later my ticket number was called , i asked the lady why she had to make wait for nothing for 30 minutes no explanation , she tells me that she was assisting walk in customers , but that doesn't make sense there were other 2 ladies including the manager they could have assisted.
