y sister bought meat from the said store and unfortunately did not check the quality of the meat before paying for it. When she realised the meat was rotten, she went to the shop to show them the spoilt meat she had bought and all they said was that without a slip they would not help her or hear anything she had to say. They disregarded all of her concerns and didn't even assure her this would not happen again. I found the way they responded to her complaint very distasteful and demeaning.

I was at Jwayelani Ennerdale today and was met with the most abrupt and rude store manager I have ever encountered. I was there to purchase milk and the price advertised on display was incorrect according to them however I enquired that while I saw that price I have the right as a customer to be charged that price. He was so rude to me during the conversation I just ended up paying for the milk and leaving the store. As a retired employee of retail I would have never treated a customer in such a manner but would have instead tried to find solution in a rescpectful manner. I am sure to never set foot in that store again and will certainly share my experience with everyone I know.

I've never seen such a disgrace in my life I went to Jwayelani DE VILLIERS 😭😭😭😭😭 a Men searching a woman touching her every where in our democracy we see SUCH I never thought I'd see malicious intent in a supermarket serving our community I failed to even buy if I see a woman being ***ual abuseed publicly not even private I tried to question the act they told me it's the shop rule to touch a woman's breast in public and her private part because they suspect she stole something or she's working at the shop? I won't ever buy in that shop where are woman's rights are teared like that they only respect women during 16 days so we only have to wait for the campaign against the abuse before they could do something wrong? Are we that desperate that we we turn a blind eye even on abuse?

This is complaint on how unfairly I was treated by the female security guard at de Villiers branch because im using laptop bag as a hand bag….and yet the store rules says no bags are allowed, but as I was standing by the door I could see people going in and out of the store with the lunch bags and huge huge bags but I was not allowed to enter with my bag . I tried explaining that im using this bag as my hand bag , I cant enter the store with my fone and purse on my hand what if someone snatches the purse on my hand while im in the store , she told me its not her problem. I asked for a manager and she refused calling the manager ….and she instructed the cashier not serve me . That’s a total disrespect , it was in the morning , I was on my way to work. She doesn’t respect me as customer and my time and that is not fair because all customers should be treated equeally . Just because I am Sangoma doesn’t mean I deserve little respect .
