DStv service really sucks
Multichoice is not taking us serious, they dont even understand when we use their services its because we need it. My mother is a pensioner and as we all know the dates of payment keeps changing so I resquested a call back for her to have the date changed they did not call her. She also says she pay R200 a month, this she paid but it was already disconnected, she added R87, still not connected, only to find out they have taken advantage of an elder and given her insurance under the pretence that Multichoice is giving back, so the same insurance is taking all her money now and still no TV. This is nonsense, I just wrote to them, adding her number (Ref: 132918581) all they say is they cant talk to me I mean what the hell because I added her why not call her? This person is in a rural area and old so why not take some initiative and fix your nonsense?

Isipingo's poor service
Jwayelani in Isipingo with poorest service and ignorance to customers. I was right at till and happy that I am about to pay and will make it for a 7 o clock taxi when a male cashier shifted the focus to his colleagues who came from another till to pay. Even when complaining that old woman came to defend him.

Debtbusters SA is a full time ****
So with a credit of R50000, the R2200 I am paying monthly has become a **** for when we initially agreed of 24 months and on the contract it is 58 months meaning I will be paying almost triple the amount. These people must stop ****ming people in the name of rescuing them.

TASTIC WITH RICE WEEVILS
I want to express my disappointment on Game store, in Sanlam Centre, Pinetown. I bought a 10kg Tastic rice from them and I have been seeing black things when cooking only to notice that it's actually weevils. Even worse it took me weeks to see this after noting some changes in the stomach. This is really unacceptable because everything consumable we buy must obviously be up to standard and good for consumption and grocery stores must ensure that to minimize risking our lives.

Their service sucks to the core now, how the hell do they cancel my dstv and showmax subscription because of their system glitch? I am fuming my kids are not watching paw patrols today because of them

UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
I have been very happy with Ackermans until they introduced their 'on account funeral plan' and I chose a Family Protector Plus Plan R109 pm. 2,3 months I am now being charged an extra R64 for a Family Protector Plan now. On the 4th of September I sent an email to ackermans@finrite.co.za and there has been no response since then. This is really unacceptable now, maybe I need to settle my account and close is down.

CREDIT CARD ISSUES
I don't know why Capitec Bank introduced credit card if they will not be able to handle it properly. I cannot use my credit card and no one bothered to tell me why. What's the use then? They can't even close the credit card and convert that into credit because I am paying credit card for nothing.

Very Poor Service
Recently I have started thinking that Cell C does not care about us as customers but money. I cancelled my open contract because I couldn't afford it, they then recommended another type of contract which they said I will pay R99 pm since I'm also into too much internet. I was going to pay that amount from September, it's November now I 'm still paying R200 + where do I get that money from? Sick and tired now

Leaking Electricity Kettle
I bought a Sunbeam Cordless Kettle on the 9th of August 2015, used it the same day and it was working. To my there was water all over and I noticed the kettle was leaking right on the element. At the store all they did was to put water inside the kettle and say there is nothing wrong with it. I will have to the matter urgently if no one is willing to help Asap.

Poor Service
From the shack, I've been sent to this 'decent' shack with no electricity, diseases being shared as we share one big room that is divided into 4. Because of no formal structure or system of these houses where u go about a kilometer to the toilet, people do everything within those rooms and throw those smelling sachets to neighborhood since there are no other options for them. Next to us there is also a water treatment department so when all the dirty mud is turning it's smells. I am also a merging business man who, from the shack I was living in, was able to make money since I connected electricity from neighborhood.
