Promises

Paid Johan cash for the system he recommended four months ago. Found out later battery is faulty, he swopped it with a smaller one and PROMISED to return the proper one that week. IT IS NOW 3 AND A HALF MONTHS LATER AND STILL JUST PROMISES. Johan never answer the phone and when he does its just more promises. Last one was exactly a week ago. The set up also cannot do as what he promised it can do. I have to switch off all appliances at night to conserve the battery power. The inverter he sold me also cannot take a generator as he promised it could. So in overcast and rainy conditions with a flat battery we are stuck. I have asked him a quote to complete his installation and is still waiting for it. My neighbour, Chad, also had problems with JX Green and eventually got someone else to complete his installation. I think our jobs are too small and insignificant, compaired to their bigger installations where the big money is, to bother with.
