Beware of these guys. I have just installed a new palisade fence and gate on my property and they came round and stuck stickers on it. How dare they defile my property and they had nothing to do with it! I have contacted them in the past for the garage door and the older Kenneth said it needs a new motor. I got someone else to repair and it is still working. ****** deluxe!

The service provider was appointed by my insurer, service was very unprofessional. A few weeks after they replaced the motor and arm, the gate started to drag and scratch the paving. They refuse to even come check yet they were the only ones who worked on the gate.

I lodged a claim with my home insurance at 8am in the morning, immediately came back tome to say that K and R had been assigned to the job. They never contacted me and after 5 phone calls to the home insurance company they still have not contacted me. Very poor service from these people, I would not recommend them to anyone.

The service is always good, but there's one person called Fred an Indian guy, he is so rude. He was literally 3 minutes at our complex . We called so we can get all the gate remote controls set up. Just 4 units, with 2 gates, he told us he is not there to set up a million remote controls his exact words. One of the remote controls one button opens both the gates at once. And he refused to set up just one remote on both the gates. 3 minutes or less we paid R450 for a lousy service..

Didn't arrive to do quotation for repairs. No apology given. Staff rude on the telephone. Eventually they arrived to put their sticker on our intercom even though they did no work. Wouldn't bother with them at all.

Beware of this company. I logged a claim for my faulty energizer with Standard Insurance & then received a call from a Jack Nair claiming to be an assessor from the company. He came to my house & tried to pursuade me to use the insurance company's chosen supplier as I said I was going to use my security company. He didn't even bother to test the energizer with any instrument which I know to be normal procedure & disregarded my input. I then received feedback that the claim had been rejected. In the first contact, had Jack introduced himself as been from K&R & also appointed on behalf of Standard Insurance as an assessor I would have told him in the call about my preferences. He is not an independant assessor and apparently incapable of making a professional decision unless he benefits. I was told him that the security company that a contribute to polygraphs their staff every 6 months and maybe that also made him uncomfortable.
