Beware! ****** deluxe!
Beware of these guys. I have just installed a new palisade fence and gate on my property and they came round and stuck stickers on it. How dare they defile my property and they had nothing to do with it! I have contacted them in the past for the garage door and the older Kenneth said it needs a new motor. I got someone else to repair and it is still working. ****** deluxe!

Nothing fast about them
Don't ever do business with Fastway if you want to receive a parcel. Their agents put you on hold when you call and their whatsapp chat line goes round in circles telling you the same story that the parcel is out for delivery. Been waiting three days being told the same story.

What a nightmare trying to get an online order placed on the 12th Sep. Still waiting. If you try calling they give you the run around and every time I get told the courier is delivering the next day. That has been since last week. Today the courier will only deliver yo the store on Weds as they don't work on public holidays. They should change their couriers. That also is pie in the sky as the parcel will still not be in my hands on Wed. When you call they put you on hold and don't get back to you. I have called 5 times today and requested a manager to call me back but no luck. Don't buy from them as you don't get your goods.

Deceiving
A warning to potential customers to read the fine print before paying their deposit. I had the misfortune of being **** to by their sales staff in the instance of compliance with City of Jhb. I told him I was moving to prepaid electricity and he said that was ok but if you read the compliance requirement of City of JHB you must be postpaid and if you don't have a smart meter it will cost you another R6 - R7 000 to install that and you would lose the fee you just paid for a prepaid meter. I had already paid their deposit and now cannot get my deposit back from them. Every time I ask I am told they will enquire where it is. Also read the fine print as they say you can cancel your service at any time but you will have to pay for them a large amount to remove their equipment and you can buy the system but the cost is astronomical. Be careful! you are locked in if you sign with them.
