I want express my view about the guy at by the name called Mubarak who is a assistant manager at Carrim Boom street He is not fit to work with people at customer service where he has to assist with the customers quiries from staff, if he is called to assist the customer he will take the whole time that he need on the phone he doesnt realy care about the customer , his customer service is extremely bad, he is impatient , irritable, arrogant and rude, he doesnt care or have any best interest at heart for the clients at all, he will talk on the phone ignoring you when you need his help , he will not even look at you or hang up as a sign of respect atleast for the benefit of the customer, he will talk until to his satisfaction for long as long as he he is satisfied. to my understanding people who are rude like him and arrogant should atleast be at the back office and deal with paperwork and not at the front desk where they are expose to the customers atleast for the image of the company.
he gets very irritated when you even ask him or talk to him attitude towards customers is extremely bad, he is not friendly at all , the management of Carrim should try to look for a replacement for him in that position atleast for the image that is still left or take him to customer service training course, or let him go and stay at home with that bad attitude for people.
