Lawrence redid our pool December 2020 & the first time we used it, the fiberglass started peeling away from the one wall. We called him in & he said our land was sliding & causing the pool to collapse. After further peeling we saw that it’s because they fiberglassed over the outflow pump. They did a patch job & said they’d come back and fix it properly. When I asked them to return and fix it properly, they claimed they never said that & that I’d have to pay them again. It looked unsightly but functioned properly so I left it. It’s now April 2024 & the pool is leaking, I’m told the fiberglass needs to be redone. Fiberglass is supposed to last +20 years! I tried to contact Lawrence but he’s blocked my number. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS

After 2 years and 3 months I have had to redo the fiberglass lining of my pool. My 9 year old daughter was able to pull the fiberglass off the concrete with ease. K & M responded via an attorney that "it is common knowledge that fiberglass will peel off a surface id enough pressure is applied." Thousands of white pinholes were also visible to the naked eye, allowing water to leak through and get between the fiberglass and the concrete. This was clearly evident when my "powerful" 9-year old daughter pulled at the fiberglass. The concrete was wet. I suggested that K&M fix the defects with inspections carried out by an independent 3rd party. K&M would not accept this. They would only carry out the repairs without interference from myself or a 3rd party. I cannot afford to go through this again and so turned him down. At the price I paid, K&M should have done the job properly. All I got was excuses as to why the everything turned out like it did. Use K&M at your own risk.
