Worst service

It's hard to get a date for license renewal lately, got one at Kagiso DLTC and on the appointment information they stated bring :

* ID document and a copy * 2 ID photos if you need a temporary license

When I got there this is what the want :

* ID document and copy * ID photos even if you don't want a temporary driver's license * Proof of residence * Printout of the appointment * Cash payments are unacceptable.

Someone is not doing their job clearly.
