I just want that Eskom for attending to my matter after my electricity was cutter 4 months ago, paid my fine and went to Cullinan offices. Was told an email was sent to Bronkospruit office which they responded within 24 hours and a gentleman by the name of Nathan was very helpful, came to check what I needed and promised to return the following day. He came back to put back my lights on and gave his all. I just want to say great service from the young man.
Yesterday I bought a Soul Sister meal at Eyethu Mall, the chicken was very very salty and it was hard to eat. I believe proper training is required for the staff because they look like they don’t know what they are doing.
I am in Protea Gardens Mall branch, assisted by 2 consultants namely Tshepo and Miriam. My request is to get the balance to make payment however the business still use books to record proof of payments. Why aren't there systems to record payments? If the office goes on fire how will they get payment records? I just want to make a payment and the hassle raises a red flag if the tombstones will be placed. A call centre of departments are needed, accounts departments or cashless mathod of payments.

With other sections having proper toilets this can only mean someone is not doing their job and just eating the taxpayer's money. When will rhe people have proper toilets?

AVBOB gives the worst service ever in the 4 years paying a funeral cover, on the 14 January 2022 a claim was made since our Grandfather past on the day before, R2500 was supposed to be sent and was not. As we wait for them to also cover the funeral we were told the policy is 2 months behind, we asked how come because only December was not paid and the can deduct the arrears from the R20 000 cover. The next thing we were told the deceased has a different surname from the policy holder since it was Mabusa instead of Mabuza which we know Home Affairs always do such errors. We ended up not getting anything from these people and I find it useless paying funeral cover because your stress level will go up on the event of death.
I just went to do a deposit at an ATM at Capitec Goldman, machine was not taking deposits and the consultant advised me to go inside the bank. Now I notice I was charged R35.00 deposit fee which it was never explained to me about.
Florida Lake on Total garage side has only 1 bin with a park this big and this explains why there is so much littering this side.
It's hard to get a date for license renewal lately, got one at Kagiso DLTC and on the appointment information they stated bring : * ID document and a copy * 2 ID photos if you need a temporary license When I got there this is what the want : * ID document and copy * ID photos even if you don't want a temporary driver's license * Proof of residence * Printout of the appointment * Cash payments are unacceptable. Someone is not doing their job clearly.
Worst service provided by gentleman on counter 3(Alberton) by name of Sithembiso Nana. Couldn't assist me with Electrical Installation Certificate on Friday but did yesterday...
